Digging out of the Blizzard of 2011 in KC, taking care of Mom and being wife and mother today has left very little time for a post. I think this little poem has much wisdom in it, if we all remember what it says!

I admit I made a mistake.
The five most important word: You did a good job.
The four most important words: What is your opinion?
The three most important words: If you please.
The two most important words: Thank you.
The one most important word: We.
The one LEAST important word: I.
